This top tier Global law firm is seeking a bright and ambitious UK Qualified finance lawyer with 1+ years PQE to join their highly reputable team that specialises in cross border lending and advisory work across Sub-Saharan Africa.This firm has a prestigious array of clients including international banks, boutique financiers, fund managers,Trading Houses and a range of high end Borrowers. 

This is a unique opportunity to work as part of an international team focusing on multi-jurisdictional transactions and be based in either of their Cape Town, Johannesburg,Durban or other Sub-Saharan Africa Offices depending on your personal choice and circumstance. Ideally, the right candidate will be a UK qualified solicitor who has some finance training and experience gained from a leading international law firm. You will be familiar with the LMA (Loan Market Association), have strong drafting skills with some experience of Finance and security documentation and possess excellent transactional experience. You will also have strong client relationship skills, a flexible work approach and look forward to working in a fast-paced, and yet collegial, environment.
